Tropical North QLD is home to many beautiful waterfalls and Zillie Falls is up there with one of the most stunning. I have visited this location many times hoping to get the right conditions I needed to capture the vision I had in mind. I needed the right kind of light , the right amount of water and the right amount of spray to create these stunning shards of light that are shinning through this old gnarly tree. Capturing this image was such a exciting and rewarding prosses and standing here in the moment all the elements came together is something I will never forget.
